Mary Frances Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2025, Mary Frances Smith of Charleston, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Cecil "Smitty" Smith Sr. of Charleston, SC; her parents, Benjamin Baldwin and Mabel Baldwin; and her siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Adams and Homer "Jake" Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Francine Morrow, Cecil "Bubba" Smith, Jr. and Karen Manges; her grandchild Angel Goodrich; and her great grandchildren, Julius Perry and Castiel Perry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James A Mc Alister Funeral Home (1620 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC 29407). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the James A. McAlister Chapel (1620 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC 29407). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Live Oak Memorial Gardens (3093 Ashley River Rd, Charleston, SC 29414).
