She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Robert Bevis, Sr. of Charleston, SC; her parents, Cecil Bostick Cargile of Macon, GA and Sarah Belle Smith of Macon, GA.; her daughter Brenda Bevis Lee of Cornelius, NC; and her sisters, Angela Kennedy and Nancy Newman.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Bevis, Jr. of Charleston and Denise B. D'Angelo of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Mark Lee, Jr., Michael Lee, Dillon Wagers, Robert Bevis III, Parks Bevis, Catherine D'Angelo and David D'Angelo; and her siblings, Phyllis Osburn, Kirk Cargile, Donald Cargile, Dwight Cargile, Anthony Cargile and Craig Cargile.
