She was predeceased by: her husband William Mosley Weeks; her parents, Julian Allen Smith and Lucille Pieper Smith; her daughter-in-law Katyna Spach Weeks; her nephew David Lohr; and her sister Jacqueline Smith Lohr Mappus.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Hayes Weeks, Mark William Weeks, Scott Allen Weeks and Catherine Weeks (Beth); her grandchildren, Colby Weeks, Alexa Weeks Croen (Ben), Taylor Weeks, Julianna Weeks and Kyle Galt; her nephew George Michael Lohr (Lora); and her niece Barbara Allen Lohr Teller.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's and Pet Helpers on Folly Road.
