She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Edward Cook; her parents, Clarence Carlson and Katherine Reich Carlson; and her sister-in-law Jan. She is survived by: her daughter Kristyn L. Thompson (Steven) of James Island, SC; her granddaughters, Kaitlyn E. Thompson and Madelyn H. Thompson; and her sister Linda K. McAdams (Douglas) of West Ashley, SC..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crosstowne Christian Church (1941 Bees Ferry Rd, Charleston, SC 29414).
