She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Peterson and Marjorie Peterson (Tow); her husband Dean Swanson; and her brother-in-law Don Swanson. She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Emily) of Mount Pleasant and Shane Swanson (Tammy) of Mount Pleasant; her grandchildren, Natalie (Ben), Alexander of Raleigh, NC, Zachary and Adam of Mount Pleasant, SC; her great grandchild Oliver of Raleigh, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Joann Chartier (Rejean) of Fallbrook, Donna Oetker of Ankeny, Joyce Burns (Roni) of Bolivar and Janet Swanson of Hudson, Iowa.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
