She was predeceased by: her parents, Captain James and Frances Biddle Rodgers of San Francisco; her husband Francis Stearns Dougherty; and her brother Edward Burton Rodgers (Anne). She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Ravenel, Jr.; her brothers, James Biddle Rodgers (Sue) and John Chamberlain Rodgers (Elizabeth); her children, Suzanne Courtney Ravenel, Arthur Ravenel, III (Heidi), Reneé Ravenel Brockinton (Harvey), Eva R. Ravenel and William Ravenel of Thomas, J. J; and her stepchildren, Reneé R. Dougherty, Park R. Dougherty (Martha) and Francie S. Dougherty. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
