She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woods and Virginia Martin Fogleman. She is survived by: her husband David Martin Stanton; her sons, Richard Habersham Wylly (Carolyn) of Charleston, James Ralston Wylly (Kathleen) of Middletown, Robert Patterson Wylly (Jeanine) of Fleming Island and Wesley Lachlan Wylly (Marion) of Dothan, Alabama; and her grandchildren, Catherine Elizabeth Leeke (Jonathon), Sarah Ashley Henderson (Daniel), Lauren Michelle Nass (Dylan), Amanda Wylly, Pamela Wylly, Katelyn Jeanine Newsome (Zach), Ralston Henry Wylly, Stryker Johnston Wylly and Rider Lachlan Wylly. She is also survived by five great-granddaughters, and eight great-grandsons.
She was active in numerous community interests and activities, including the Board of South Carolina Make-A-Wish foundation, PTA president, Civic Club president, La Sertoma president, and Historic Charleston Foundation docent.
