She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Edwin Minnis and Iona Catherine Welcker Minnis; her husband Richard T. Brock; her brothers, Ray Minnis and Jimmy Minnis; and her cousins, Ed and Peggy Minnis Rugheimer.
She is survived by: her nephews, Raymond Minnis and Roland W. Minnis; and her sister-in-law Karen Minnis.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Cemetery (70 Cunnington Ave, Charleston, SC 29405).
