She is survived by: her children, Sloan D. Gibson IV (Margaret) of Mount Pleasant, SC and Julie Kay Gibson (Scott) of Simpsonville, SC.; her grandchildren, Celia Gibson (Michael) of Gallatin, NY, Laura Able (Mike) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Campbell Caretto of Los Angeles, CA and William Caretto of Charleston, SC.; her great grandchildren, Sloan Able and Baker Able; and her sister Edna Bond of Kernersville, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
