He was predeceased by: his brother Albert Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Joanne H. Kelly; his children, Michelle Kelly Butler (George Butler), Sharon Kelly-Brown (Terrance Brown), Melissa K. Holman (Lamont Holman) and Melvin Kelly (Simona Kelly); his grandchildren, Meghan Butler, Jaiden Kelly, Tyrell Davis, Sydney Brown, Sean Holman, Nicholas Brown and Lauren Kelly; and his siblings, John Kelly, Isaiah Kelly, Ben Kelly, Louis Kelly, Ethel Bryant, Ruth Kelly, Dorothy Kelly and Loretta Lacey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
