He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Page, Sr. and Julia Bartlett Bowers; his wife Frances Jane Phillips; and his sisters, Lucy Wagner (Carl) and Julia Dolley (Steve).
He is survived by: his sons, John Dennis Page, III (Peggy), Scott (Susan) and Perry (Roz); and his grandchildren, Scotty, John (Katie), Freddie (Jennifer), Chris (Tammy), Joshua (Janet), Andrew (Staci), Sandy Lesley (Jason), Sharon Hough (Ben), Julia Fain and Matthew (Amelia). He is also survived by several cousins, nephews and nieces.
