She is survived by: her sister Louise Campbell Rabens; her grandchildren, Jonathan Byrd (Amy), Jennifer Byrd (Bob) and Walker Heffron (Courtney); her great grandchild Payton Byrd; her husband William Howard Walker; her children, Gaby Tyler, Terry Byrd and Robin Heffron; her sisters-in-law, Nelle W. Spencer, Eloise W. Wade, Michelle Walker and Becky A. Rabens; her siblings, Shirley R. Soule, Linda R. Mizzell and John Henry Louis Rabens, Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Jack Soule, Bobby Mizzell, Robert Walker, Richard Spencer and John Wade; her sons, Richard Wayne Tyler and Stephan Howard Walker; her son-in-law Dr. Randall George "Randy" Heffron; and her grandson Randall George Heffron, Jr..
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Johannes Evangelical Lutheran Church (48 Hasell St, Charleston, SC 29401). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
