He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Stephanie Boll Tucker; his parents, James Smith Tucker Sr. and Cora Roe Tucker; his children, James Smith Tucker III and Courtney Tucker Bath; and his grandchildren, Dallas Tucker, James Smith Tucker IV, Rylee Cora Bath, Clifford Wallace Bath IV and McKinley Mae Bath. He was also cherished by father to his children, and a proud grandparent.

Memorials may be made to Service Ministry at St Matthew's Lutheran Church.
