He is survived by: his parent Emla Dey Lyon; his wife Sandra; his children, James Arthur Lyon III (Lori) of Mt, Kimberly Ann Lyon (Michael Kloss) of Goose Creek, SC and Tara Lee McClellan (Andy) of Folly Beach, SC; his brother Byron Edward Lyon of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Lyon, Steven Wilt, James A. Lyon IV, Samantha Kloss, Cody Wilt, Ashley Black, Meagan McClellan, Alyssa Black and Katelin McClellan; and his great grandchildren, Bodhi, Kolby and Ava.
