He was predeceased by: his father Benny Wayne Hinton; his brother John Wayne Hinton; and his mother-in-law Betty Herbert. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Jean Hinton; his wife Barbara Herbert Hinton; his sons, Brian Allen Hinton (Jessica) and Brandon Robert Hinton (Angela) of Charleston, SC.; his grandsons, Chase, Austin, Daniel and Logan; and his brother Terry Hinton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
