He is survived by: his wife Sandra Davis Beatley; his daughters, Debbie Beatley Inlow (Brand) and Margie Beatley Whitley (Kenneth); his stepchildren, Thomas Joseph Keller III and Sandra Arlene "Muffy" Cochran (Michael); and his grandchildren, Samantha Inlow Burns, Jessie Inlow Hughes (Justin), Julia Whitley, Joshua Whitley and Myles Joseph Keller (Brandy). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
