He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom, Bertha Sullivan, Don and Polly Dunham; his brother-in-law Charles Norbury; and his father-in-law Robert Francis.

He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Joseph Sullivan and Sharon Kaye Dunham of Prescott, Arizona; his significant other Stephany Francis Sullivan of Ruffin; his children, Alexander Michael (Cruz Rodriquez) of Amarillo, Victoria Renae of San Antonio, Collin Matthew (Tyler Cote) of Louisville, Gabrien Nathaniel of Amarillo, Clayton Neil See of Dewey, Morgan Elizabeth of Ruffin and Braylen Nicholas of Ruffin; his stepson Ryan Barnum of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandson Ezra Gregory of Amarillo; his mother-in-law Georgianna Francis Mayfield of Eagar, Arizona; and his siblings, Matt (Easter) of Prescott and Michelle Lee (Brandon) of Prescott, Arizona. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
