He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernesto Sacco and Raffaella Bavaro Sacco; and his son Rocco. He is survived by: his children, Ernest Sacco (Dawn) of Delray Beach, FL, Joseph Sacco, Jr. (Susan) of Charleston, SC and Christina Clark (David) of Queensbury, NY; his grandchildren, Heather Bowman (Christopher), Anthony Sacco, Payton Sacco, Annie Sacco and Jacob Sacco; his great grandchildren, Luca Bowman and Nico Bowman; and his sisters, Antoinette Coviello of Morristown, NJ, Ada Califano of Port St and Lillian Girardi. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel (232 Calhoun St, Charleston, SC 29401). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (604 Fort Johnson Rd, Charleston, SC 29412).
