It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Pericles Stamatiades (Charleston, South Carolina), who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pericles Stamatiades and Stavrini Stamatiades; and his brothers, Vassos P. Stamatiades and John P. Stamatiades. He is survived by: his wife Anna P. Stamatiades; his children, Mia Stamatiades Macris and George P. Stamatiades Jr. (Lawrie); and his grandchildren, Perry, Sara Anna Stamatiades, Matthew and Stephen Macris.
