He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis George "Skeet" and Mildred Ruth "Rookie" Melfi; his son Hank Melfi; and his sister Frances Melfi Roy. He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Cantwell; his daughters, Laura Melfi Flint (David) and Rachele Melfi Box (Rhett); his grandchildren, Ashley Flint, Hannah Flint, Caitlin Box, Thomas Flint and Dylan Box; and his sister Jan Melfi Craven. He is also survived by his family and friends.
