He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Lawrence Marlow, Sr. and Elizabeth Dixon Marlow; and his daughter Robin Marlow Proudfoot. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cook Marlow; his son Rocky Marlow (Stacy) of James Island, SC; and his sister Georgeanna Kicklighter of Mt. Pleasant, SC.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Johannes Lutheran Church (48 Hasell St, Charleston, SC 29401).
