He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shaw and Ruth Sass Shaw; and his siblings, Earl Shaw, Queen Elnora Shaw-Bryant, David Shaw, Herman Shaw, Shirley Jefferson, Rutha Foy, Francis Shaw and Iona Ward.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth George Shaw, Ronald Shaw, Barbara Shaw and Angel Shaw-Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
