He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Haynes Levy; his children, Karl Levy, Olivia Haynes Carter, Margarita Douglas Coaxum (Anthony) and Gary Haynes; his grandchildren, Dr. Tashikia Canesha Carter, Roddrick Carter, Jr., Antwan Carter (Shelby), Darius Carter, Sr. (Brittany), Kamron Levy, T. Douglas, Sherman Douglas, Jr. and Nicholas Douglas (Jessica); and his sister Alma Brown (Walter). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
