She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kociszewski and Dorothy Rycyna Kociszewski. She is survived by: her sons, David Ghazi, Chris Weisman and Corey Weisman; and her sisters, Barbara Kociszewski, Toni Majewski (John) and Cynthia Kross. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
