She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred E. Bevis of Charleston, SC.; her parents, Irene Huggins Eaddy and Burch Fleetwood Eaddy; her brother James Edward Eaddy; and her sons, Ernest R. Boswell, Paul Gino Boswell and Britt Lamarr Boswell.
She is survived by: her brothers, Eugene Fleetwood Eaddy (Delcie) and Clifton Burch Eaddy (Sue); her sister-in-law Nancy Eaddy Griffin (BC); her daughter Kathy B. Harris (David); her nephew Joel Fleetwood Boswell; her grandchildren, Robert Eugene Meyer (Jennifer), Michael Sean Meyer (Rebecca), Kathryn Suzanne Meyer Webb (Tim), Holly Ann Boswell Hearn, Joshua Lamarr Boswell (Rebecca) and Joseph Burch Boswell; and her great grandchildren, Marisa Ann Meyer, Benjamin Avery Meyer, Katelyn Marie Webb and Kelsey Michelle Webb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
