He is survived by: his wife Sherri Wiggins; his daughters, Jeannie Lynn Wiggins and Angela Rose Youngblood; his siblings, Cleveland Warren Wiggins, Stephen Matthew Wiggins and Emma Lee Heitman; his stepson Christopher Pertrey; and his stepgrandson Dustin Pertrey.
