He is survived by: his children, Paul Blackburn, Clay Blackburn, Charlie Blackburn and Winnie Blackburn Smith; and his siblings, Margaret Harris (Norman) of Columbia, TN, Howard Blackburn and Ruby Blackburn Parham. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
