He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alexander Elmore, Sr. and Amanda Jones Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Nolen Elmore; his stepson Kenneth Vick (Elicia) of Pheonix, AZ; and his siblings, Martha Cathcart (Bob) of Laurens, SC and James Elmore (Marie) of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ashley River Baptist Church, Faith Moving Forward Campaign.
