He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson R Bennett and Ruth Bennett; his brother Bobby Bennett; his daughter Brandy Collette; and his grandchildren, Abriana and Tully.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Tony" Bennett (Shannon) and Jackson "Robert" Bennett (Ginger); his brother Thomas Bennett (Debra); and his granddaughters, Sabrina Steele (Ronnie), Trinity Haught (Drew), Mikayla Lebrescu (Austin), Jesstina Dalicandro (Austin), Shelly Bennett (Daniel) and Hallie Collette. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
