He is survived by: his wife Janice Cargile (Murray); his sons, James (Brad) and Brad Cargile (Shay); his grandchildren, Amanda (Steven), Justin (Sierra), Jordan (Kimberly) and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Evelyn Mae and Kash.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home (1620 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC 29407). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. James Anglican Church (1101 Camp Rd, Charleston, SC 29412). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (604 Fort Johnson Rd, Charleston, SC 29412).
