He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Barden Cornett; his son David Gill Cornett (Rachel); his granddaughters, Aurora Cornett and Stella Cornett; his sister Kimberly Cornett Lawson (Charlie); his niece Olivia Lawson; and his nephew Chas Lawson.
