He is survived by: his mother Gerda Phillips (David); his siblings, Jacob Swortzel (Sophie) and April Swortzel (Curtis); his stepsiblings, Victoria Phillips, Branden Phillips (Ashley) and Elizabeth Phillips; his grandparents, John, Coba Bouman, Dick and Nancy Swortzel; and his stepgrandparents, Lynn and Bob Hodgman. He is also survived by 10 Aunts, 9 Uncles, 1 Niece, many Cousins and dear Friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Family to plant trees in Caleb's honor.
