He is survived by: his wife Angela Carolyn Fuller Lanier; his mother Geraldine Beatrice Lattie Harrison; his children, Brian Lanier, Jr. of Charleston, SC, Joseph Lanier of Charleston, SC, Sarah Lanier of Charleston, SC and Kristen Mason (Michael) of Moncks Corner, SC; his grandchildren, Brian Lanier, III, Jonathan Jackson and Kinsley Logue; and his brother William Taft Lanier, Jr. of Summerville, SC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
