She is survived by: her husband Alvin James Simmons, Jr.; her pet Indy Simmons; her mother Judith Ann Schaubschlager (Carrier); her sister Carrie Shearer (Rick); her niece Allison Shearer; her sister Andrea Schaubschlager (Joe); and her father-in-law Alvin James Simmons, Sr..
