It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Boulter of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Wachapreague, Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Reginald Boulter and Madlyn Lewis Boulter; and his brother Reginald Ashby Boulter. He is survived by: his wife Lynette E. Boulter of Charleston, SC; his children, Vonnette Boulter Hancock (Jay Sheehan), Lisa Boulter Dale (Tom) and Alan Vaughn Boulter (Kate); his grandchildren, Justin Hancock, Tarah Prewitt (Michael), Trey Dale, Jane Pirnat (Anthony), Robert Boulter (Megan) and Amanda Beckner (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Peyton Hancock, Shawn, Collin Boulter and Andrew Beckner; and his siblings, Patricia Boulter Smith of Waco, TX, Joseph A. Boulter and David M. Boulter of Wachapreague, VA. He is also survived by three children, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Forward from the Fire campaign at Fort Johnson Baptist Church.
