She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Edna Garen Will; her daughters, Jacolyn Ann (Sam Zeilah), Elizabeth Jane (Terry Foreman) and Virginia; her husband Robert Andrew Wagner; her former husband Lewis Bailey Loucks; and her grandfather Moses Will. She was also cherished by 14 nieces and nephews and "Puppy," her beloved dog.
