Butt, Jr.; her stepchildren, Anne Quattlebaum, Mary Q. DeHaas, Dr. Elizabeth Q. Cox and Thomas Quattlebaum, Jr.; her stepgranddaughters, Annabel and Juliet Quattlebaum; and her stepchildren, Elliot DeHaas, Shep, Kate, McCall Cox, Jacquelyn Hayes and Theresa Green.
