He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Means Hjort; his parents, Samuel Conrad Hjort and Nell Powell Hjort; and his great grandchild Connor Walton. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Paul Hjort, Jr. (Carol), Frank Samuel Hjort (Nancy) and Ellen Hjort Walton (Jeff); his grandchildren, Sam Hjort (Samantha), Matt Walton (Bonnie), Thomas Walton and Julia Goff (Dustin); and his great grandchildren, Vivian Goff, Caroline Walton and Olivia Goff.
