She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Mercer and Lydia Ehrlich Mercer; her husband Thomas B. Long, Sr.; and her son Thomas B. Long, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Monna Jean Edwards of Morehead City, NC; her children, Larry Keith Long of Charleston and Laura Long Gehm (Todd) of Chesapeake, VA; her daughter-in-law Ann Long of Charleston; and her grandchildren, Michelle Leigh Long and Stephen Thomas Long.
