He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Q. Floyd and Lessie D. Floyd; and his wife Foy Floyd. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Floyd of Chapin, Judy Adams (Dicky) of Cayce, Sandy McKown (Jody) of Greensboro, GA and David L. Floyd (Pamela) of Waynesville, NC; and his grandchildren, Rich Adams (Holli), Amanda Harrington (Adam), Ryan Dickert (Cortney), Ashley Anderson (Dallas), Marshall Cook, Kasey Ness, Justin Labruyere (Shelley), Jillian LaGreca, Matt Floyd (Rachael), Drew Snyder (Jenna), Cameron Floyd, Joe Mckown (Caroline) and Evan McKown. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
