He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman C. and Mary Kay Gallagher (Weatherbee). He is survived by: his wife Tess Gallagher (White); his children, Norman P. Gallagher (Richelle) of Chapin, SC, Justin P. Gallagher of Austintown, Christopher A. Gallagher (Jennifer) of Chapin, SC and Amber Gallagher-Schranz (Mike) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Hailey, Delaney, Justin Jr., Landon, Nolan, Kadyn, Teagan, Max, Tess and Ember; and his sisters, Ginny Gallagher of Canfield, Deborah Woodruff and Sandy Jones.
