She was predeceased by: her husband Earl M. Guilford; her parents, Floyd Smith and Ola Smith of Newberry; and her sister Carolyn Bouknight of Newberry. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Hall (David) and Melanie Troutt (Tim); her grandchildren, Kelly Rodriguez, Erin Reagan, James and Miller Troutt; and her great grandchildren, Isabel, Maddox, Jaxon, Macon and Matty.

Donations may be made to Lake Murray Presbyterian Church where she was a member.
