He was predeceased by: his father Westley Octigan. He is survived by: his siblings, Paula Ostrowski (Stan), Barry Octigan (Lynn) and Glenn Octigan; his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Simone, Max and Jonathan; and his great-nephew Westley.
