He is survived by: his parents, Sam Slagle and Spring Hope Slagle of Chapin; his siblings, Eva of Chapin, SC, Jonathan of Chapin, SC and Tirzah Slagle of Chapin, SC; his grandparents, Howard, Delores Gothard of Greeneville, TN and Joan Eldreth of Bristol, TN; his uncle Adam Gothard of Greeneville, TN; his aunt Nadine Tippie (Lew); and his cousin L. J. Tippie of Knoxville, TN..
In keeping with CDC Guidelines during the pandemic, visitation and final disposition are limited, with regrets, to immediate family.
Even in his death, Isaac continued to give through his organ donation.
