He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Forte and Ella Forte; his brother Kevin Forte; and his nephew Justin Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Forte; his children, Kevin Forte, Kayla Forte, Kaitlyn Forte (Shaun Fettes), Corinne Forte (Griffin Zimmerman) and Cassidy Forte; his grandchildren, McKenna, Ryan James and Ella; and his siblings, Eddie Forte (Linda), Patricia Scida (late Louis), Steven Forte (Doreen), Fran Wilson (Lance), Denise Salowki, Diane Galgano (Bobby), Honora Ruggiero (Carl) and Ralph Forte (Maria).
