We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2022, at the age of 81, Billy G. Kinard of Chapin, South Carolina, born in Prosperity, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Kinard and Mildred Bundrick Kinard; and his brothers, Richard Kinard, Jack Kinard and John Kinard, Jr..

He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Kinard (Debbie) and Barry Kinard of Chapin; and his siblings, Patsy Barnes, Martha "Mot" Turner of Chapin and Arthur "Ott" Kinard of Chapin. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
