She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Davis and Alice Smith Davis; and her husbands, Sam Kinard and Charlie Cook. She is survived by: her close friend Charlie; and her siblings, Otto Davis, Jr. (Brenda), Henry Davis (Carolyn), Gary Davis (Ann) and Sandra Martinez (Johnny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
