It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Proctor (Central, South Carolina), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas G. Jr and Geneva Van Velzel Proctor, Jr.; his siblings, David Proctor (Janice) of Hendersonville and Beth Chapman (George) of Callahan, Florida; and his wife Nancy Lillian Thompson Proctor. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
