He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Wydner Webb; his parents, Joseph Edward Grant and Mildred Anna Belle Webb; and his sister Debbie Gray. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Webb of Central; and his siblings, JoAnn Hayes, Rita Goss, Brenda McIntosh, Lisa Grant and Stanley Grant.
