He is survived by: his spouse Dessie Hall Orr; his parent Jean Osteen Orr; his daughter Alexis Orr; and his siblings, Perrin Orr of Hendersonville, NC, Jill Hightower of Seneca, SC, Joelle Kelly of Saluda, NC and Julee Reagles of Hendersonville, NC.
